I had a great overnight stay at a clean and comfortable room at a reasonable price. The continental breakfast provided was very good. Despite some minor issues mentioned in other reviews, my experience was generally positive.

It took us a long time to check in because the group in front of us had changed their plans & wanted to stay longer so staff had to find rooms for them. We were tired & didn't want to wait the half hour to check in.

The hotel is conveniently located for exploring the Needles District of Canyonlands NP, Moab, Mesa Verde, and Four Corners. It's a good option for riders returning from Moab on 7/31. The rooms are clean and the furniture appears new. The sink area is separate from the bathroom, which is a plus.
The WiFi connection is really bad.

The breakfast was above average. The entire staff was really kind. Fairly quiet and bright rooms with 2 queen beds, felt like home. The location was good - near to Canyonlands National Park and Monticello.

All in all, it was easy base for traveling to Monticello. In overall the room was comfortable and impeccable and with 2 queen beds as well as the internet. The overall atmosphere was special, nonetheless some staff members were super rude.
The breakfast itself was average, can definitely be improved.
